Se agrupan en actividades econ\u00f3micas que est\u00e1n asociadas con la industria, la manufactura textil, el comercio independiente y los servicios.<br \/>\nFEASIES est\u00e1 compuesta por trabajadores y trabajadoras de diferentes sectores laborales que se han organizado sindicalmente, utilizando la solidaridad entre clases, la educaci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n, las relaciones y la incidencia pol\u00edtica. Y todo ello dentro de una perspectiva inclusiva y de igualdad con las mujeres y los j\u00f3venes.<br \/>\nActualmente, FEASIES trabaja con \u00e9nfasis en el fortalecimiento de los derechos laborales y sindicales en el sector textil, en el di\u00e1logo social con empresas y marcas, en la organizaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en el campo, en la sensibilizacion para generar empleo y respetar los derechos del colectivo LGBTI*, as\u00ed como en alertar sobre el impacto de la Industria 4.0 en el mundo laboral.
